By accessing or using SalonFinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SalonFinder is a platform that connects users with salon and beauty service providers. We provide information about salons, their services, pricing, reviews, and booking options. SalonFinder does not provide beauty services directly and is not responsible for the services provided by the salons listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

When posting reviews on the platform, you agree to provide honest, accurate feedback based on your personal experience. You agree not to post reviews that are fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. SalonFinder reserves the right to remove any review that violates these terms.

6. Bookings and Payments

SalonFinder may facilitate bookings and payments between users and salons. By using these features, you agree to the applicable booking and payment terms. You understand that SalonFinder is not responsible for the services provided by the salons and any issues should be resolved directly with the service provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SalonFinder and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalonFinder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
